The Swiss central bank lowered interest rates for the fourth consecutive time to ease the strong franc and support exporters. The rate was reduced by 50 basis points to 0.5 percent. Earlier reductions since March were 25-basis-point steps.
The number of bankruptcies in the Netherlands increased in November. According to Statistics Netherlands, 19 more companies were declared bankrupt compared to October, a 6 percent rise.
Dutch exports continued to grow in October but at a slower pace. Data reported by Statistics Netherlands show a volume increase of 1.7 percent year-on-year, down from a 2.7 percent rise in September.
The 6M Euribor decreased with 1 basis point to 2.65% compared to previous business day. The 10Y Swap increased with 7 basis points to 2.22% compared to previous business day.
