In the Netherlands, the prices of homes increased by 9.3 percent in June compared to the same month last year, with an average sales price of €474,234. Compared to May, prices rose by 0.9 percent. The number of property transactions in June totaled 18,883, nearly 29 percent more than a year earlier.
