Future Leaders in Treasury is a network designed for professionals in the early or mid-stages of their treasury careers. This initiative aims to support your professional growth, facilitate knowledge sharing, and provide valuable networking opportunities. The group meets several times a year, each session focusing on a specific topic, followed by informal networking.
In 2024, we launched the network with a foundational session, followed by a dedicated networking event. Our third meeting explored the benefits and challenges of In-House Banking, Intercompany Netting, and Payment Hubs.
The first session of 2025 will focus on Treasury Trends for 2025 & Digital-AI-lization—examining how AI is shaping the future of treasury. Expect an interactive discussion where participants can share insights and experiences.

Meet your hosts
Petter is a Senior Manager within the Corporate Advisory practice of Zanders, based in Stockholm, Sweden. He has over 9 years of experience in Treasury ranging from Operations, Cash Management, Front office, Treasury IT, Project Management and SME roles in multiple system implementations. Petter holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Södertörn University of Stockholm.
Kristina is a Director within the Treasury Advisory Group of Zanders, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Kristina has extensive experience in Treasury Strategy & Organization, Treasury Processes & Systems as well as Financial Risk Management. Kristina holds an MSc in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.
