Meet the team
Job leads Zanders’ global private equity practice, advising private market firms and portfolio companies in all areas of treasury. Job brings over 15 years of treasury and finance consulting experience and has been a lead consultant on numerous strategic treasury advisory and implementation projects at large multinational corporations, private market firms and non-governmental organizations.
In addition, Job has been responsible for the treasury function at Carlyle AlpInvest for more than 3 years, providing him with extensive practical treasury experience.
Job holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and an Executive Master of Finance and Control.
Judith leads our specialist treasury transformation advisory, with a focus on organizational change, process design and optimization, and the selection and implementation of treasury technology.
As a founding member and partner at Zanders, Judith has played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth and evolution. She leads a global team that advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations on designing and implementing future-proof treasury processes and systems.
Based in London, Mark is a partner at Zanders.
He has over 20 years’ experience advising corporate clients on transforming their treasury functions — from setting the strategic roadmap to implementation and beyond. He enjoys connecting with corporate clients and other industry players to discuss the latest and greatest developments in the world of corporate treasury.
Sander is a seasoned finance and treasury professional with more than 25 years of experience advising multinationals on optimizing their capital structure, transforming the finance organization and implementing best in class financial risk management practices.
He is also a part-time lecturer in corporate finance, a regular conference speaker and honorary member of the Dutch Association of Corporate Treasurers.
“I’ve spent my whole career in Corporate Finance and Treasury roles, working within corporates, banks, and consulting,” Tobias shares. “I joined Zanders Switzerland in 2014 after returning from Asia and was fortunate to work on a variety of projects both in Switzerland and internationally. In 2021, I rejoined Zanders, after gaining further experience in Corporates and Investment Banking in Zurich, to lead the Swiss Treasury Advisory team and help expand Zanders’ footprint in Switzerland and the broader DACH region.”
