The Leading Economic Indicators (LEI) index for the US economy increased by 0.2 percent in February 2020 to 110.5. In January 2021 and December 2020, the index increased by 0.5 percent and 0.4 percent respectively. The LEI index is a business cycle indicator that shows the development of the economy in the coming six months.

The Bank of England decided on Thursday to leave its monetary policy unchanged. The policy interest rate will therefore remain at 0.1 percent and the size of the 895 billion British pound buy-back program will also remain unchanged. In February 2021, the central bank indicated that negative interest rates are an option, but that this will only be done in very exceptional cases.

German producer prices increased by 1.9 percent in February 2021 compared to February 2020. This follows from figures published by the German statistics agency Destatis on Friday. On a monthly basis, producer prices increased by 0.7 percent in February 2021.The 6M Euribor is unchanged at -0.52% compared to previous business day.

The 10Y Swap increased with 3 basis points to 0.08% compared to previous business day.
