Eindhoven is changing from a sleepy provincial city into a vibrant, creative enclave. You can literally see the city changing. Everywhere in the “City of Light” industrial heritage is being made suitable for housing, employment, culture, and entertainment. One of the accelerators of this gradual transformation is the Trudo housing corporation.

Zanders helped Trudo find financing to acquire and renovate the imposing Klokgebouw, an industrial icon in Eindhoven. It marked the start of a far larger operation.

There is now a strong awareness at APG Asset Management that collateral management is crucial when it comes to controlling risks. The bankruptcies in the financial world, such as the fall of the American investment bank Lehman Brothers, have served to considerably strengthen that realisation.

It is therefore no surprise that APG has recently been examining collateral management very closely. Zanders supported APG Asset Management in streamlining this process in what is a highly turbulent period.

Heineken is centralising its worldwide treasury processes

Beer giant Heineken is centralising its worldwide treasury processes more and more. To support this, Heineken decided to implement SAP Treasury at its head office in Amsterdam. And presented Zanders with the challenge of installing SAP Treasury in compliance with Heineken’s requirements in the space of nine months. Heineken was satisfied, the implementation went exactly according to plan and also stayed within the budget.
